We combine 30% of top quality classroom training with 70% of dynamic management AND outdoor games and activities to give participants a maximum learning effectiveness.

METHODOLOGY

Lecturing, Group discussion, case study, role play and management game. 30 % of the activities will be classroom learning and group discussion and 70% will be the out doors activities and Management games

Mode of language: Bahasa Malaysia & English

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

Various outdoor activities could be carried be carried out, depending of the facilities available at the training center.

All these games are to incorporate all the element of teamwork, communication, leadership, solving team problem, motivation and etc.
