Introduction

Today, with the advancement of technology, there is a great debate on how work has changed back to the era of the industrial revolution at the end of 19th century. The effect of technology has resulted in changing the nature of our work to become increasingly mechanised and specialised. But it is hard to change when you have been doing something the same way all these while. However, intense competition is forcing all organisations to consistently undergoing a series of change and be committed to improvement.
