Introduction
The emphasis will be placed on drawing from the participants’ own experiences and using these as resources around which the seminar will be developed. This seminar begins with the current research and practice related to the functioning of the individual, both as a manager and as a subordinate, within the organisation. This seminar will instill leadership skills to the participants.

Upon completing this course, the participants will be able to:
