Introduction

What is it most of us want from work? We would like to find the most effective, most productive, most rewarding way of working together. A common reason that teams fail to accomplish its goals is that they are not clearly defined. If employees don’t understand their company’s goals and its game plan, these goals won’t be achieved. Plenty of organizations fail for that very reason.

This program introduce participants to team planning, leadership and team dynamics such as goals, rewards, feedback and motivation that are essential to building a truly successful working team. The structure of the workshop involves hands-on exercise and mutual sharing. An interactive approach is adopted to facilitate practical application immediately after the session.
